With our in-person events shelved by the pandemic, we pivoted to virtual. Tasked with developing a tactile touchpoint for virtual attendees, I ideated and produced a mailed event kit to help drive persistent attendance and increase engagement. The kit helped fuel more than 6,000 attendees, making it our largest event ever.

Financial services can be a bit old school, including sealing the deal with prospective advisors over coffee meetings. In lieu of these in-person meetings during the pandemic, I conceptualized and executed virtual coffee kits that allowed prospects to get their caffeine fix and engage in a virtual meeting.

After a strategic business acquisition nearly doubled the size of the firm, a critical advisory council was formed. I helped welcome each member to the council with personalized welcome gifts in premium packaging.

The pandemic changed a lot, including how companies engage with employees who aren't physically in an office. I collaborated with partners in human resources to develop a multi-step welcome kit for new hires to help build culture and generate affinity in a remote work environment.
