When I started at Private Advisor Group, the brand message was unclear to leaders and there wasn't any brand documentation. Through a 6-month process, I helped:

• Administer a top-to-bottom brand audit with stakeholders;

• Conduct exercises to craft vision, mission, values, and principles;

• Develop visual identity guidelines;

• Write brand messaging and content guidelines;

• Centralize all brand assets; and

• Deploy brand guidelines through an intuitive Brand Portal.

When I started at Advisor Group, there was a logo...and that was it. Over a period of 5 years, I spearheaded efforts to:

• Rebrand the Advisor Group master brand;

• Deploy brand guidelines through an intuitive Brand Portal;

• Manage the brand architecture for 11 company brands;

• Administer a portfolio of 50+ event and initiative brands;

• Regularly refresh our brand strategy and creative approach;

• Conduct consistent competitor research; and

• Enfore brand standards across a network of 2,000+ professionals.
