Bumpin' Bash in Bonita Springs

Hosted at the the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, this 150-person incentive event was a sharp pivot after Florida hurricanes shelved our initial event two months earlier. For this rescheduled event, I coordinated all cancellation and rescheduling messaging, renegotiated contracts, restrategized the event for fewer attendees at a different time of year, and managed two events worth of budgeting, communications, signage, food & beverage, entertainment, and content.
